Objective
Design experiences, mechanisms, and narratives that make culture tangible in daily work, connecting initiatives under a common experience and identity for different audiences and accelerating the adoption of Fundamentals and their daily habits.
What do we need from you?
- Design experiences, spaces, and mechanisms that bring culture closer to different audiences and facilitate its adoption in daily life.
- Coordinate and enable the Human Capital Enablers Network to ensure consistent deployment of the cultural strategy across sites.
- Translate the cultural strategy into relevant and memorable concepts and experiences, strengthening people's participation, recognition, and connection with the culture.
- Conceptualize narratives and identities that connect different initiatives under a common story and give them coherence and meaning.
- Develop a segmented, two-way cultural communication strategy, ensuring clear and relevant messages for each audience.
- Translate culture and business concepts into simple, visual, and actionable materials, tools, and resources, especially for operational audiences.
- Design and enable mechanisms that allow leaders and teams to incorporate culture into daily conversations, rituals, and practices.
- Generate learnings and indicators on reach, participation, and experience that allow for continuous evolution of cultural adoption mechanisms.

- Cross-functional Management: coordinates multiple areas, enablers, and creative allies to achieve consistent execution.
- Employee Experience Orientation: designs considering the needs and reality of each audience.
Knowledge / Experience / Requirements
Experience in:
- Organizational culture, experience design, communication, branding, design, or employee experience.
- Designing campaigns or initiatives.
- Building narratives, creative concepts, and identities.
- Developing communication strategies for different audiences.
- Translating strategic concepts into visual materials and resources.
- Managing creative and cross-functional projects.
- Working with design, communication, and/or production teams.
- Working with Human Capital leaders and teams.
- Implementing initiatives in operations.
- Advanced English.
