Category Commercial Management

Objective

Drive profitable growth in the Cheese category by developing and executing commercial strategies, ensuring the correct implementation of category plans, brand positioning, and coordination with key areas and external partners.

Activities

• Design and execute the category's annual plan, ensuring compliance with volume, sales, and profitability objectives.
• Develop commercial and marketing strategies aligned with brand and segment positioning.
• Lead new product development and manage the category's portfolio.
• Generate and implement action plans with own brands, alliances, and third parties.
• Analyze market, trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor commercial performance (sales, prices, profitability) and coordinate with internal areas to ensure execution.

Knowledge and Experience

Education:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree (Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field).

Experience

• 4+ years in marketing, category management, trade marketing, or commercial development roles.
• Experience in Foodservice or related industries.

Knowledge

• Marketing, trade marketing, or commercial development.
• Category management and consumer goods.
• Knowledge of the Foodservice channel.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Desirable: experience with creative agencies, AI applied to business, B2B/B2C.

Languages

• Advanced English (essential).
