Job description

Provide L2 production support for Java/J2EE-based applications. Monitor application performance using tools like AppDynamics, Grafana and Kibana. Collaborate with developers for bug fixes, enhancements, and code deployments. Participate in incident and change management processes. Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SLAs are met. Support deployments, patching, and configuration changes in non-prod and prod environments.
