Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Java About the project We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to take ownership of the technical side of several projects delivered for external clients. The role is strongly hands-on and technical, focused on system design, technical leadership, and ensuring high-quality delivery within defined budgets and scopes. You will work closely with a Delivery Manager who oversees project delivery and supports you from an administrative perspective. As part of our team, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining Java-based solutions • Designing and implementing system architecture • Leading technical discussions and making informed decisions about technology choices • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget • Ensuring high-quality delivery of projects, meeting the needs of our clients • Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge and best practices • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards • Providing technical guidance and support to other team members • Developing and maintaining technical documentation • Collaborating with the Delivery Manager to ensure project delivery meets client expectations • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues during project execution • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards • Participating in regular meetings with the team and stakeholders to discuss project progress and any challenges that may arise. You will have a strong background in Java programming and experience working on large-scale projects. You should be able to demonstrate your technical expertise through code examples or other means.
