The role is strongly hands-on and requires a deep understanding of Java technologies, as well as experience in leading technical teams. Key responsibilities: • Technical leadership of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client requirements • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and QA engineers • Designing and implementing system architecture for new projects • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices • Staying up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams using Java • Strong understanding of Java technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks • Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefits: • Competitive salary range: 1400–1650 pln/md • Hybrid work model: 2 days per week from the office, remote work possible • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment
