Java Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve application issues • Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends by ways of code debugging or log analysis • Manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application owners and senior stakeholders across all areas • Improve application stability and performance by observing patterns, recurring failures and/or issues, and advise application owners on permanent fixes accordingly • Adopt various tools developed for monitoring and troubleshooting applications • Utilize Java-based technologies to identify and resolve problems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions • Develop and maintain knowledge of Java-based systems and their integration with other technologies • Participate in continuous learning and improvement processes to enhance skills and expertise • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Java-based technologies
