Ideal Candidate
We are searching for new colleagues for full-time remote positions as Java Spring Boot Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. Candidates fluent in German are preferred, while senior developers proficient in English are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in Java & Spring Boot (3+ years).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- German language skills (speaking & writing) – required for mid-level roles.
- Senior developers without German are also welcome to apply (English is sufficient).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications in Java Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with international teams and German-speaking clients.
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure system scalability and performance.
