Java Software Development (w/m/d) - Backend & Microservices

As a Java Developer, you will design and implement software development projects for our customers. You will bring your technical expertise in modern Java architectures and frameworks and work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers.

Tasks:

• Independent consulting, design, and implementation of IT projects for our customers
• Technical implementation of functional requirements in classical and agile development teams
• Development of modern client-server applications with web frontend and Java backend for our customers
• Partnership-based cooperation and open communication with our customers and stakeholders

Qualification

• At least three years of experience in developing Java enterprise applications with Spring, Spring Boot
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with other colleagues and potentially mentoring new developers
• Advanced knowledge in handling relational databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle DB
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Proficient use of modern development tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, etc.
• You enjoy agile development methods like TDD, CleanCode, Continuous Integration, and test automation
• Interest in DevOps and cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.
• German language skills (at least C1)
