Java Software Developer (w/m/d) - Backend & Microservices

You will design and implement software development projects for our customers, bringing your technical expertise in modern Java architectures and frameworks to the table. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers.

Tasks

• Self-responsible consulting, design & implementation of IT projects for our customers
• Technical implementation of functional requirements in classical and agile development teams
• Development of modern client-server applications with web frontend and Java backend for our customers
• Partnership-based cooperation & open communication with our customers & stakeholders

Qualification

• At least three years of experience in developing Java enterprise applications with Spring, Spring Boot
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with other colleagues and possibly integrating new developers
• Advanced knowledge in handling relational databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL or Oracle DB
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Safe handling of modern development tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube etc.
• You enjoy agile development methods like TDD, CleanCode, Continuous Integration, Test automation
• Ideal interest in DevOps and cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform etc.
• German language skills (at least C1)
