We are a nearly two-year-old IT company, currently 50 employees, and are now looking to strengthen our team by hiring Java developers to work on projects for our customers.

Qualification

You:

• Have been working full-time in software development for at least 4 years?
• Have a strong focus on one or more programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), or Kotlin and are an absolute expert in it?
• Have experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes?
• Bring experience with one of the major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)?
• Bring experience in frontend development (Angular, React, or Vue)?
• Aren't shy about contacts and are communication-friendly?
• Have a growth mindset and want to keep moving forward in life?
• Are convinced that your potential is still far from being exhausted?

• Fix salary: 65,000 € - 70,000 €
• Target bonus: 75,000 € - 80,000 € (participation in own revenue, quarterly payout)
