Java Software Developer - Backend & Microservices (m/f/d)
Job description
As a Java Developer, you will shape our clients' software development projects from technical conception to successful implementation. You will contribute your technical expertise to modern Java architectures and frameworks, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers.
Tasks
- Independent consulting, design & implementation of our clients' IT projects
- Technical implementation of functional requirements in classic and agile development teams
- Development of modern client-server applications with web frontend and Java backend for our clients
- Collaborative partnership & open communication with our clients & stakeholders
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in developing Java Enterprise applications with Spring, Spring Boot
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and, if necessary, onboarding new developers
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or Oracle DB
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Proficient in modern development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, etc.
- You enjoy agile development methodologies such as TDD, Clean Code, Continuous Integration, Test Automation
- Ideally, interest in DevOps and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.
- German language skills (min. C1)
