Your Impact

• Contribute to the further development of our InPlanning platform and its features.

• Analyze complex scenarios, develop solution approaches, and implement them in code.

• Close collaboration with customers and the internal team to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Realization of technical solutions – from conception to delivery – to meet specific customer requirements.

• Development of individual solutions such as complex calculations (e.g., from collective agreements on vacation entitlements), creation of dashboards, or integration of external systems.

• Analysis of customer requirements, creation of functional designs, and implementation into high-quality software.

• Fixing bugs and implementing new features as part of the daily workflow.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.

• Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science or a comparable field.

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, ideally Java. Knowledge of Jmix, SQL, SQLMesh, or RabbitMQ is a plus.

• Ability to understand and further develop complex software architectures.

• Interest in new technologies and their practical application.

• You can work independently as well as in a team.

• Fluent German skills, very good English skills
