8-10 years of experience
Core Java Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Core Java concepts, data structures, collections, multithreading, and JVM fundamentals.
Advanced Java & Frameworks: Proficiency in advanced Java concepts and frameworks like Spring.
Architecture & Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and object-oriented design patterns.
Databases & SQL: Experience with database design and writing efficient SQL queries.
Development Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse IDE and related debugging or profiling tools.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development processes and ceremonies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
