RAI Software SRL is a Romanian-owned software company specialized in IP Telephony Applications, such as call recording (), voice codecs and speech transcription technologies for high-end telephony platforms such as Cisco Unified CallManager, Mitel, Sangoma, etc. We have hundreds of customers in over 50 countries, even though we are a small-sized team.

We would like you to join our team so that we can grow consistently together. If you are a senior Java, Golang or Rust  developer, you will fit just right in. We are accepting candidates with relevant experience in other compiled languages (C#, C++, etc) for on-the-job training.

What Will You Do
As a Senior Programmer you will have to develop, improve and maintain projects of medium and high difficulty, according to specifications. Our tools of trade are IntelliJ, SmartGit, Postgresql, Linux and so many more.

Job Details

• Office or remote work
• Office is in Bucharest, central location (Traian Street, Ilion Offices, 8th Floor); 
• Partial or Full time contract and schedule (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) with flexible hours;

Job Minimal Requirements:

Adept in either Java, C#, Golang, Rust or C++ programming. The projects will be developed in Java, Rust or but competent C++, C# programmers are welcome to re-tool)

• Data Structures
• Strong Work Ethic.
• OOP design know-how, Design Patterns

Would be Plus:

• SQL
• Web interfaces are a plus
• Understanding of common networking protocols; you will learn more protocols on the job
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a software development job
• Team player who is self motivated and can also work independently;
• Smart and with a Can-Do attitude; Problem solver, not problem maker

• Willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies after all, we are developing the next gen of VOIP apps.
