Qualification

Who we are looking for

You don't have to know every framework. What's more important is that you enjoy writing clean code and developing solutions together.

You will probably fit well with us if you:

• have several years of experience with Java Enterprise applications and with Spring, Spring Boot,
• enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and possibly onboarding new developers,
• have gained experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs,
• are proficient with modern development tools such as Git, Maven, SonarQube, and containers,
• enjoy working in a team and want to not only develop but also improve software,
• can explain complex technical and functional topics comprehensibly,
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented,
• enjoy working with people and are characterized by open and empathetic communication,
• are eager to take responsibility and improve together with us,
• have fluent German language skills (at least C1).
