You will use agent-based AI & LLMs meaningfully but thoughtfully within clear

software architecture concepts to develop software that is sustainable and maintainable.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't have to know every framework. It's more important that you are eager to write clean code and develop solutions together.

You will likely fit well with us if you:

• have several years of experience with Java enterprise applications and with Spring, Spring Boot,

• enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and, if applicable, want to train new developers,

• have gained experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs,

• have confident use of modern development tools such as Git, Maven, SonarQube, Containers,

• enjoy working in a team and want not only to develop software but also to improve it,

• can explain complex professional and technical topics understandably,

• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented,

• enjoy working with people and are characterized by open and empathetic communication,

• are eager to take responsibility and become better together with us,

• have fluent German language skills (at least C1).
