Become part of this software forge at our Düsseldorf location as an experienced Java Developer (m/w/d) and shape the future of payment solutions for the European retail industry.

Tasks

• Development of customer-specific POS (Point of Sale) solutions for the most well-known retailers in the German-speaking region
• Implementation and further development of the internal Retail platform
• Product development within one of the agile Scrum teams - together with the PO, Backend- and Cloud Engineers, and Software testers
• Greenfield development for new customer requirements
• Pleasure in latest technologies, such as: Flutter and dart
• Tight cooperation with the teams at our 5 locations in Germany and Portugal

Qualification

• Deep knowledge of modern Java Technologies with Spring, JEE or Akka
• First experiences with automated tests (JUnit, Mockito) as well as Web/Mobile technologies (Flutter/Dart, gRCP) or Microservices architectures
• First practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Tilt, or Kafka is a plus
• Pleasure in an agile work environment (Scrum) and affinity to hardware-related software development
• Fluent German knowledge
