We are looking for an experienced Java Engineering Lead (f/m/x) who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based logistics platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing technologies. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain the logistics platform using Java and other relevant technologies; - Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and improvements; - Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for the team; - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; - At least 5 years of experience as a Java developer or engineering lead; - Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); - Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architecture; - Excellent communication and leadership skills; - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
