Java Engineer / Tech Lead @ Inteca

We are looking for someone who has at least 6 years of experience in building complex IT systems. Can independently design an end-to-end solution and oversee its implementation through automated processes. Thinks in terms of processes and can translate the best engineering practices into repeatable, automated workflows. Has a deep knowledge of technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Angular), which allows for effective verification and debugging of code generated by AI. Continues to develop their skills and expertise in areas such as data analysis, machine learning, and software development. Is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Has experience with Agile methodologies and is familiar with version control systems like Git. Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Has a strong understanding of the importance of testing and quality assurance and can design and implement effective testing strategies. Is able to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions. Has experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Azure. Can work effectively in a global team environment and is comfortable with remote work arrangements. Has excellent problem-solving skills and is able to think critically and strategically.
