Java Developer

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust software solutions.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Ensure software is scalable, maintainable, and meets business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
