Location: Warsaw Type of work: hybrid (2 days per week in the office) Your responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, high-quality backend solutions - from design and implementation to debugging and optimization Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements Collaborate with other developers to identify and resolve technical issues Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality Ensure that all developed software meets the required standards and is properly documented Your skills and qualifications Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework Experience with Agile development methodologies Familiarity with Hibernate and PostgreSQL databases Proficiency in GitHub and version control systems Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Ability to communicate effectively in English Language: Polish (not necessary but an asset) Certifications or training courses related to software development are a plus
