Java Developer @ Box Inc.

• 3+ years of professional programming experience with at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Scala, C#, C++).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.

*Our compensation structure is the base salary and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
