Design and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Platform to connect the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) with HR systems and external learning providersTake end-to-end ownership of integration solutions — define specifications, guide designs, take architectural decisions, perform unit tests, and ensure successful go-liveEnsure integration landscapes align with enterprise standards and the long term platform roadmapCollaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical integration requirementsMonitor and analyze integration performance, support troubleshooting, and continuous optimizationProduce clear documentation of integration flows, decisions, and processesEmbed security, privacy, and compliance considerations into all integration activities Experience as a Java Architect with profound Java knowledgeExtensive knowledge of the Mulesoft integration platform. Certification (e.g. Mulesoft Certified Developer) is a plusStrong understanding of system integration concepts, API management, and modern integration patternsExperience designing or supporting integration solutions using REST, SOAP, or event driven architecturesFamiliarity with API testing tools and automated testing practices (e.g., API test suites, CI/CD pipelines)Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non technical teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring transparent status reportingLanguages: English (fluent), German (good knowledge) Possibilities to work in a home officeA very renowned company IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
