This position involves managing a small team and requires autonomy, proactivity, and great attention to details.

About the Job :

• JAPANESE CUISINE CHEF;
• Creation and execution of Japanese cuisine dishes;
• Management of food inventory, ensuring quality and freshness of ingredients;
• Cost control and optimization of waste;
• Maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and organization, following hygiene and food safety standards;
• Training and leadership of a small team – Chef will have 02 collaborators only;
• Development of new dishes for the menu, keeping it updated with market trends;
