Japanese Business Developer

Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole. Now we look for a Japanese Business Developer to join our Growth Traffic team Job Responsibilities Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis on Japanese business trends, identifying potential partners and opportunities for collaboration. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Growth Traffic team to develop strategic plans for partner advertising campaigns in Japan, including target audience identification, campaign budgeting, and ROI measurement. Partner Development: Establish and maintain relationships with Japanese businesses, identifying key decision-makers and influencers. Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that align with Mayflower's business objectives. Communication: Develop effective communication strategies and materials (e.g., presentations, reports) to promote partner advertising campaigns in Japan. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines while ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Japanese Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese language is required for this role. Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese with native-like fluency. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing). Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
