Yearly Practicum (Compulsory Practicum) IT Technology / System Integration (m/w/d)
Job description
medsolve supports and modernizes IT in the healthcare sector (practices, medical centers, hospitals). We ensure that workstations, networks, practice software, and components run smoothly around the telematics infrastructure. Focus: clean standards, fast help, clear communication.
Tasks
- Remote from home office: Process support requests, initial analyses, ticket maintenance, documentation, simple fixes under guidance.
- On-site at the customer (nationwide): Assist with installations, rollouts, and troubleshooting (e.g., PC workstations, print/scan, network cabling/switches, card readers).
- Systems & Tools: Windows clients, basic network (IP/DNS/DHCP/VLAN), VPN fundamentals, Microsoft 365/AD based on knowledge.
- Quality: Use checklists, clean handovers, document Lessons Learned.
- Insight into Healthcare IT: TI/KIM/PKI fundamentals (onboarding, no prior experience required).
Qualification
Mandatory (Must)
- Compulsory Practicum within your studies / training (proof from the university/school).
- Interest in IT systems, networks, and practical technology.
- Reliable, structured work style and customer-friendly communication.
- Travel readiness nationwide for customer meetings (part of the practicum).
- (for on-site assignments).
Plus points (Can)
- First experience with Windows, M365, AD, networks, hardware.
- Already worked with ticket systems or private home lab/projects.
