Your future role will involve leading a team of Verification & Validation (V&V) experts who are responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety and reliability. As an IXL V&V Leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall strategy for V&V activities across multiple projects and programs. This includes developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also be expected to provide technical guidance and support to your team members, as well as collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate risks.
