Crone Corkill are assisting a technology consultancy as the look to hire an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Specialist on a permanent basis. This could also be considered as a Lead or Architect position, so please apply if you feel suitable. They’re ideally looking for someone who has worked with Cisco IVR and has conversational AI solutioning experience. Based on feedback, they’d ideally like to hear from candidates who have experience in designing and developing IVR systems, preferably using Cisco IVR. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of IVR technology and its applications, as well as the ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
