ITSM Process Owner & Manager (m/w/d) - 1422

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Process Owner / Manager with a focus on IT Service Portfolio Management. In this role, you will be responsible for governance, transparency, and development of the IT service portfolio in a complex multi-provider environment.

Tasks

• Development and governance of the IT Service Portfolio Management process
• Definition of binding standards for service descriptions, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting
• Steering of reviews and decision-making processes for new or changed IT services
• Support for service managers throughout the entire service lifecycle
• Closely coordinating with internal units and external service providers (SIAM environment)

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in Service Portfolio Management
• Very good understanding of SIAM and multi-vendor models
• Experience with common ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is advantageous
• ITIL certification (e.g. ITIL 4 MP) is desirable
• Excellent German and English skills
• Communication strength on management and stakeholder level
