Role: IT Service Management (ITSM) - Delivery Optimization Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara (Andares) Key Skills: Incident and release Coordination, Change and Problem Solving, Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech Experience and 5 years of experiences as SharePoint Developer Exp Conducting CAB Meetings Tracking all IT production changes and reporting on completion rate, success rate, resources required, and production outages Exp Monitoring SLA’s for the incident and make sure that the ticket is closed in a timely manner, ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the resolution. Exp Providing support to the IT teams to ensure that the services are delivered as per the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
