Your Tasks

• Collection and qualification of technical and business requirements from the client

• Evaluation of the current technological infrastructure and submission of recommendations for improvements

• Development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures

• Management and leadership of IT part-projects from planning to completion and/or cooperation in these

• Evaluation and recommendation of new technology solutions (hardware and software)

• Compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Identification and mitigation of potential technology-related risks

• Cooperation with stakeholders within the client's organization to ensure that activities align with the client's business goals

Must-Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in Second-Level-Support with independent analysis and solution of complex technical questions, verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

• Several years of practical experience in the management, development, and optimization of IT systems in heterogeneous application landscapes in KRITIS companies (critical infrastructures), verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

• Several years of practical experience in the use of standard tools (JIRA and/or Confluence) in an agile environment for controlling and documenting development, verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

• Several years of practical experience in training and onboarding users and partners to efficiently use systems and tools, verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

• Several years of practical experience with BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM, particularly in the processes Incident-, Problem-, Change- and Asset-Management, verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

Can-Requirements

• Experience in technical integration and support for partners, from initial connection to successful implementation, verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

• Experience and knowledge with billing systems or processes for automated management of invoicing, verifiable through at least one reference

• Funded knowledge in documentation and standardization of processes and system solutions to ensure traceability, verifiable through an experience level of at least 5 years

• Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL® Foundation for IT Service Management), verifiable through the corresponding certificate
