IT/IS Responsible

Job description

Orienta Digital, a specialized division of Orienta Agency for Work, selects an IT/IS Responsible for a company operating in the industrial and plant engineering sector. The resource will be inserted into a dynamic context and collaborate with various corporate departments, assuming a key role in managing, developing, and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, supporting innovation and digital transformation projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management and maintenance of corporate computer systems (servers, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, workstations).
  • Analyze internal needs and develop or integrate custom software solutions.
  • Support the company's Board in choosing and implementing new PDM/ERP tools, ensuring all project phases from testing to training to go-live.
  • Manage IT projects from requirement analysis to release, ensuring quality and respecting timelines.
  • Define and implement IT security policies, with particular attention to Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
  • Supervise the internal IT team and collaborate with external providers.
  • Train and support internal personnel on using IT tools.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
    • Solid skills in IT infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and cloud.
    • Experience in software development (Python, Java, C#, SQL) and database management (relational and non-relational).
    • Experience in managing and implementing PDM/ERP systems.
    • Cybersecurity knowledge.

      The resource is oriented towards problem-solving, can manage priorities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, has excellent communication skills, and a strong propensity for technological updating.
