Requirements: * Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level). * Good command of English (B2 level). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Customer-focused and empathetic. * Availability to work in shifts (including weekends).
