- Support Italian customers via phone, email & chat
- Provide shipment tracking, delivery updates & troubleshooting
- Maintain service-quality standards aligned with a global brand
- Escalate issues & collaborate with internal teams
- Handle every interaction with accuracy, speed & professionalism
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
- Good English (B1/B2)
- Ability to work remotely after onboarding
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- EU passport or valid Greek work permit
- Gross Salary
- 1,100€ gross/month
- Performance Bonus
- Up to 15% (KPI & productivity based)
- Salary Increase
- After 36 months 1,150 gross/month
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation
- Flight ticket (EU)
- Airport pick-up
- Real estate agency fee covered
- Relocation to Greece for training & onboarding
- After that, 100% remote (WAHA) from anywhere in Greece
- Full-time, long-term contract
- Monday-Friday
- Rotational shifts 08:00/21:00
- Weekends off
