• Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for their travel inquiries.
• Offer tailored advice on travel packages, destinations, and lodging that meet client needs and preferences.
• Create customized travel itineraries that showcase clients’ interests and ensure enjoyable experiences.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries efficiently, striving for high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for smooth follow-up.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends and notable destinations to provide relevant and exciting recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• A genuine passion for travel and good knowledge of various destinations and cultures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
