Italian Speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon with relocation bonus
Job description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
Relocation Support offered for international candidates*
It includes:
- Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement)
- Option to have accommodation included for cheap
- May also include between €1.000 and €2.000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date)
Requirements:
- Italian C2 level
- English B2 level
- Customer-Centric or Sales Attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Adaptability: You are comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Basic Computer Skills
