Italian IT Help Desk Operator

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate possesses computer skills as an administrator and a predisposition to problem-solving, with the goal of ensuring a rapid resolution of incidents or service requests: to support our users in managing their Digital Workplace Platforms .
Required skills:
• Excellent knowledge of digital workplace platforms (Windows, Office 365, Exchange, etc.)
• Experience with trouble ticket management systems.
• Knowledge of main incident resolution methods: network problems, software issues, access to platforms, company domain.
• Excellent communication skills to provide technical support in a clear and concise manner.
• Attitude to problem-solving and ability to manage stressful situations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of one of the following languages:
Italian C1/C2

• Manage support requests and tickets through the help desk system, ensuring they are handled efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues that require escalation to higher levels of support.
• Monitor and document solutions adopted, contributing to continuous improvement of the problem management system.
