About the Role As an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers assist them with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
