About the Role As an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. * Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and other requests. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction. * Meeting or exceeding performance goals and KPIs.
