About the Role As an Italian Content Moderator , you will review and moderate content on various online platforms. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety of online communities by enforcing content guidelines and removing inappropriate content. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for users. Key Responsibilities Reviewing and moderating user-generated content, including text, images, and videos. Identifying and removing content that violates content guidelines, such as hate speech, harassment, and violence. Escalating complex cases to senior moderators or supervisors for further review. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Staying up-to-date with content guidelines and policy updates. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent moderation practices. Participating in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills. Skills and Qualifications Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Strong understanding of online culture, social media platforms, and content trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain objective and unbiased when reviewing content. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
