About the Role As an Italian Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring it adheres to our client's guidelines and policies. Your primary focus will be to identify and remove inappropriate content, such as hate speech, violence, and other offensive material, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and policies. Identify and remove inappropriate content, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, and other offensive material. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing content. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets. Stay updated on content moderation best practices and evolving online trends. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines. Requirements Native-level fluency in Italian. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potentially offensive content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
