Introduction & Summary: We are seeking an IT Workplace Support Specialist who will provide vital hands-on support for end-user workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in hardware and software support, together with strong troubleshooting skills. Main Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support for end-user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and associated peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Provide user support and training to ensure effective use of workplace technologies. Manage and maintain IT asset inventory. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations. Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles. Participate in IT projects as needed. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support or a related field. Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
