Pandai Capital is an investment company that provides institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals with access to selected off-market investments in the real estate market. We enable co-investors to actively invest in the real estate market. Currently, we are intensively building up our investor and investment base, deal pipelines, and concrete implementation and marketing of projects. Our team has long-standing experience in investment banking and wealth management and is ready to grow.

In parallel to building up our investor and investment base, we are professionalizing our internal digital systems, IT infrastructure, and administrative processes. For this purpose, we are looking for an IT-affine work student or intern (m/w/d) with interest in Microsoft-based administration and digital workflows, who will at the same time gain insights into the private equity real estate sector.

Aufgaben

• Support in setting up, maintaining, and developing our internal IT and Microsoft-365 environment.

• Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange (email folders, users, permissions)

• Support in Azure-related topics (user management, access rights, basic cloud structures)

• Management of domains, DNS entries, email setups, and technical interfaces

• As an intern/work student, you will be fully integrated into our team from the first day on and gain a deep insight into the multifaceted private equity real estate investment sector.

• Exciting insights into challenging real estate projects (financing and structuring)

• Support in analyzing potential investments (market and location research, cash flow analyses, economic calculations, etc.)

• Support in all areas of the due diligence process up to investment decision-making

Qualifikation

• You are currently studying for your Bachelor's degree (at least 3rd semester) or Master's degree in an economic, technical, or real estate-specific field, or have already completed your Bachelor's/Master's degree.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly user-, email-, and permission management

• Basic knowledge of Azure, cloud structures, or IT administration

• Understanding of domains, DNS, email setups, and IT infrastructure

• Ideally, you bring first work experience through internships in the fields of consulting, financial advisory, business development, startup, real estate, banking, or similar.

• You have a structured, analytical thinking style, are open-minded, and bring a high level of learning readiness and self-initiative with you.

• You have an outstanding interest in financial themes as well as real estate (previous experiences are not necessary).

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to shape something new in a challenging environment.

• Extensive MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as very good German language skills.
