IT Sales and Project Coordinator (m/w/d) - IT System House

You have fun interacting with customers, understand IT topics in the SME environment, and keep track of multiple projects?

Then you're exactly right at Ruf IT GmbH. We're a regional IT system house and support small and medium-sized enterprises in all matters related to IT infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud solutions.

To strengthen our team, we're looking for someone who combines technical sales, organization, and customer service.

Tasks

• 🤝 Consulting our customers on IT solutions and services
• 📦 Purchasing and ordering of hardware, software, and licenses from our suppliers
• 📊 Monitoring and managing software licenses
• 🎫 Coordinating and scheduling support tickets
• 📄 Creating offers and project calculations
• 📞 Communicating with customers, manufacturers, and distributors
• 🚀 Supporting the planning and organization of IT projects
• 📋 Maintaining documentation, contracts, and system overviews

Qualification

• Completed education in the IT or commercial field, e.g., computer scientist, IT system manager, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent
• Technical understanding in the IT field (servers, network, cloud, licenses)
• Experience in sales, purchasing, or IT system house is advantageous
• Structured and organized working style
• Pleasure in customer contact and communication
• Self-initiated work and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills
• Experience with ticket systems or ERP systems is advantageous
