For our client in the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Contract Manager.

For a demanding IT environment, we are looking for an experienced personality in contract management who acts as a central point of contact for all contractual matters. In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with governance and compliance requirements, and create transparency across a complex contract portfolio.

Your tasks:

• Central point of contact for all IT contracts and coordination of all relevant stakeholders and contractual partners
• End-to-end management of the entire contract lifecycle from new agreements to renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Taking on the lead role with contract owners and ensuring a uniform approach to contract management
• Monitoring the contract portfolio, including deadline management, contract renewals, risks, and compliance requirements
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance, risk, compliance, and sourcing requirements in contract management
• Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of all contract data and documentation in the respective systems
• Close cooperation with Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Vendor Management, and the business units
• Proactive identification and management of risks, as well as continuous improvement of the quality and transparency of the contract inventory

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in contract management, ideally in the IT, sourcing, or vendor management environment
• Completed higher education (BSc, FH, or equivalent)
• In-depth understanding of vendor management structures and collaboration with internal and external contractual partners
• Experience in dealing with procurement processes, sourcing requests, and collaboration with procurement organizations
• Knowledge in the area of IT contract law (e.g., service contracts, license agreements, or framework agreements) is an advantage
• High degree of autonomy, initiative, and strong organizational skills
• Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• High service orientation and a resilient, dynamic, and solution-oriented personality
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
