IT-Verantwortlicher / IT-Koordinator (m/w/d)

The WFG GmbH, founded in 1999, is a family-owned management holding company in its second generation. We manage our subsidiaries operationally and develop new business models. Our portfolio is broad: building reinforcement technology, pressure assistance tools, (digital) hotel industry, e-commerce, and transport packaging.

Your Mission

You are the clever head behind our IT infrastructure and ensure that technology is not a hindrance but an accelerator. In a healthy, mid-sized environment, you shape the IT landscape actively and bring structure to our processes. As the central interface between management, departments, and external partners, your mission is to establish IT solutions that really work in everyday life.

Tasks

• Service Provider Management: You coordinate and control our external partners (infrastructure, MS365, ERP) at eye level
• Interface Management: You are the central point of contact for all internal IT topics and bring order to the requirements
• Digitalization: You identify optimization potential and help structured in implementing new digital processes
• Budget & Security: You keep an eye on IT costs and ensure a stable backup and security concept
• Regular presence at our locations

Qualification

• Experience in IT Management: You have already gained comprehensive experience in IT operations or IT coordination, ideally in a mid-sized environment
• Sure in Service Provider Management: You know how to manage external partners, formulate clear requirements, and ensure the compliance of service levels (SLAs)
• Technical Fundamentals: You bring a good understanding of modern Microsoft infrastructure (M365, Azure), networks, and IT security to evaluate technical decisions
• ERP Affinity: You have no hesitation in dealing with ERP systems and understand how IT processes support the value creation in the company
• Structure & Communication: You can explain complex IT topics to non-IT people and bring projects structured to a close
• Maker Mentality: You work pragmatically, solution-oriented, and enjoy actively shaping the digital transformation
