IT and Digitalization Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Concept, setup, and implementation of a central, group-wide IT and digitalization strategy for Centric Health Germany.
• Setup of a uniform IT and communication infrastructure to connect the headquarters with all medical practices and clinics.
• Integration of newly acquired locations into the central IT structure.
• Responsibility for central systems (e.g. email, user and rights management, networks, access).
• Ensuring IT security, data protection, and stable, scalable systems.
• Analysis of existing IT and process landscapes and development of sustainable, practical solutions.
• Technical support in acute IT problems as well as long-term optimization of the system landscape.
• Closely working together with management on all IT and digitalization topics.

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in IT administration and/or IT digitalization.
• Experience in setting up or developing central IT structures, preferably in the healthcare sector (medical practices, clinics, health group, etc.).
• A high degree of self-responsibility, structure, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality.
• The ability to explain complex IT topics in a comprehensible way and prepare decisions.
• You don't need detailed instructions – You recognize what's necessary and implement it.
