Qualifications

Completed university studies, or in the final year

Experience in telesales or call center, approximately 1-2 years

Advanced English level is an advantage

Skills:

Good PC operation skills: Outlook, Excel.

Conceptual understanding of IT systems, networks, software, and security solutions.

Good communication and listening skills

Ability to understand and manage interpersonal relationships, to perceive the emotions and intentions of others, and to adapt one's behavior to create constructive interactions.

Responsibilities:

Market prospecting and identifying client needs / Identifying and telephoning potential B2B clients

Qualifying opportunities according to established criteria

Scheduling meetings for the sales team

Promoting company services to business clients

Updating information in CRM after each interaction

Carrying out follow-up activities by phone and email

Managing relationships with existing clients, providing support and solutions for potential problems. / Collaborating with the technical team to manage commercial requests from existing clients

Contributing to achieving team objectives

Participating in specialized events and fairs to increase company visibility.

Staying up-to-date with IT trends and innovations to offer relevant and innovative solutions.
