IT Technician (w/m/d) - On-Site Service

The CDH computing GmbH is an IT service provider with a focus on infrastructure, hardware rollouts, network services, and comprehensive IT support for companies. We are growing strongly and are looking for reinforcement for our on-site service team.

To strengthen our field service team, we are looking for a committed person who performs IT services directly at the customer's site.

Tasks

• Delivery, maintenance, and repair throughout the federal territory
• Implementation of IT service deployments directly at the customer: installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Support for rollouts and hardware exchanges as well as basic work on network and system infrastructure
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues within the 1st / Field Service
• Documented work and close coordination with the internal service / 2nd Level
• Ensuring a professional appearance and service-oriented communication at the customer's site

Qualification

• Mobility (4-5 days per week - travel time counts as working hours; pause and rest rules according to ArbZG; compensation through time account or remuneration according to company agreement)
• Safe handling of Windows clients, standard workstations, and common IT hardware
• Basic understanding of networks (e.g. switches, routers, patchwork)
• Driver's license class B and high travel readiness (deployments nationwide)
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Friendly and professional appearance
