IT Technician (m/w/d) in Part-time

Tasks

• Support in IT technical processes
• Maintenance and security of servers
• Maintenance of the telephone system
• Contact person for employees with IT technical issues
• Participation in current projects (e.g. transition to Microsoft 365, introduction of a new ERP system) and special tasks

Qualification

• Completed training or studies as an IT specialist. The position is also suitable for apprentices!
• Technical environment: MS Server 2016 and 2025; virtualization with Hyper-V; Windows 11 Pro (clients); Securepoint Firewall
• Telephone system: O2 Business Digital Phone (NFON)
• ERP system: Aptean Fashion
• Software: MS Office 2013 and 2016; Adobe products; Banking software (VoBa, KSK); Datev; Bartender; Anydesk
• Initiative and self-responsible work
